Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding or transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects
- Analytical skills to understand market trends and customer requirements
- Negotiation skills for contract discussions
- Willingness to work in a hybrid remote setting based in City of Industry, CA
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in freight forwarding or transportation
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Experience in business development, including lead generation and conversion
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Demonstrated skill in negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Experience with warm calling techniques is highly desirable
Job Duties
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
