Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years experience in freight forwarding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Knowledge of air freight logistics and trade regulations
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with logistics software preferred

- Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Minimum of five years experience in freight forwarding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with logistics software preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of air freight logistics
- Understanding of trade laws and regulations
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Job Duties
- Coordinate the exportation of goods by air including scheduling with airlines and managing movement of goods through transportation channels
- Ensure all bookings are accurate and updated accordingly
- Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Coordinate or manage transfers with warehouse team and linehaul trucker
- Ensure proper job costing and CASS payments and handle disputes when necessary
- Track and monitor shipments providing regular updates to DSV stations
- Manage relationships with DSV stations ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws including customs and trade regulations
- Provide ad-hoc rate quotations upon request
- Perform all other duties as assigned
