Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in OTR, Drayage, or LTL freight brokerage
- Existing book of business is a huge plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with DAT, TMS systems, and CRM tools
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
- Manage full-cycle freight brokerage operations including negotiation, booking, dispatching, and tracking
- Utilize TMS and CRM tools efficiently for daily prospecting and follow-ups
- Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries and resolve issues as they arise
- Meet monthly targets and support team goals
