- experience in complex and varied event types

Job Qualifications
- experience in large-scale corporate and smaller executive-level events
- demonstrated ability to execute high-quality events with excellent customer experiences
- strong communication skills and fluency in English
- ability to exhibit grace under pressure and solution-oriented thinking
- organized self-starter with attention to detail
- experience in group facilitation and managing group dynamics
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- comfort interacting with large crowds

Job Duties
- coordinate all event details including shipping event materials and arranging staffing
- act as hands-on onsite event coordinator for team-building and social impact events
- join virtual planning meetings with corporate and nonprofit partners
- set up event site, align with onsite teams, and manage tear down
- represent Visit.org at events and solve problems proactively
- manage check-in process with a warm welcome for guests
- troubleshoot issues such as missing supplies, late staff, and technical challenges
- escalate problems when necessary to Events Team
- send updates, photos, and videos to Events Team during events
- clean and repackage materials post-event including packing supplies and preparing for shipment
