Job Requirements

  • Based in Provo, UT
  • Schedule flexibility to work on a per-event contract basis
  • Ability to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for live events
  • Availability for local travel
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in complex, large-scale events and intimate executive events
  • Proven ability to execute events at a high standard
  • Resourcefulness and grace under pressure
  • Organized and detail-oriented self-starter
  • Experience in customer service and group facilitation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Willingness to travel locally
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable interacting with large crowds

Job Duties

  • Manage onsite event setup and teardown
  • Coordinate with corporate partners, nonprofit organizations, and event hosts
  • Oversee attendee check-in with a welcoming approach
  • Problem-solve onsite issues including supply and staffing challenges
  • Communicate event updates, photos, and videos to the Events Team
  • Facilitate team alignment on roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience throughout events
