As a Freelance Event Specialist at Visit.org, you will play a critical role in executing memorable, high-quality in-person events that align with our mission and values. Your primary focus will be to manage the logistics, coordination, and on-site execution of various events that engage corporate clients, nonprofit partners, and community participants. You will act as the frontline representative of Visit.org during each event, taking ownership of day-of event activities including setup, coordination of staff and stakeholders, problem-solving, and post-event breakdown.
