We are currently seeking a sharp, organized, and execution-focused Event Coordinator to manage our curated singles events on the ground in Austin. This role is a boots-on-the-ground opportunity, not a remote or planning-from-a-distance position. As our local operator, you will be responsible for running flawless events by managing venue coordination, staff briefings, check-in processes, and the overall flow during the event nights. While we handle marketing, ticketing, and guest communications, your role ensures that everything on-site operates smoothly and professionally.

This position offers a unique chance to be a key player during the launch phase of a cutting-edge matchmaking product in one of the most dynamic social landscapes in the US. You will receive a comprehensive event playbook and all necessary support from the headquarters but will have ultimate ownership of execution locally. Your expertise in dealing with Austin’s venue scene, nightlife operators, and event staff will be critical to driving the success of our events. Bringing your existing relationships and network within Austin’s social or nightlife industry will be highly valuable to the team.

Experience running social, nightlife, or community events with crowds ranging from 100 to 200 people is essential.
