Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • ability to comply with safety and health regulations
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • reliable and responsible work ethic

Job Duties

  • Oversee and ensure the restaurant is appropriately staffed at all times

  • create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both patrons and team members
  • lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • collaborate with franchise owner on business goals and operational priorities
