Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
  • Reliability in transportation
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Outstanding team leadership skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Proven background in P&L accountability
  • Ability to lead by example and instill a sense of urgency among staff members
  • Basic computer proficiency, especially in email and basic software usage
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and engaging personality

Job Duties

  • Ensure all staff members complete their duties and provide safe, high-quality food in a welcoming environment
  • Create a safe workplace for team members and customers alike
  • Quickly and professionally address and resolve customer complaints
  • Follow and enforce cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures
  • Manage difficult HR situations, including disciplinary actions and terminations
  • Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset in managing your restaurant
  • Ensure smooth payroll operations and accurate hours are recorded, maintaining communication with the payroll department
