Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- Reliability in transportation
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Outstanding team leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proven background in P&L accountability
- Ability to lead by example and instill a sense of urgency among staff members
- Basic computer proficiency, especially in email and basic software usage
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and engaging personality
Job Duties
- Ensure all staff members complete their duties and provide safe, high-quality food in a welcoming environment
- Create a safe workplace for team members and customers alike
- Quickly and professionally address and resolve customer complaints
- Follow and enforce cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures
- Manage difficult HR situations, including disciplinary actions and terminations
- Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset in managing your restaurant
- Ensure smooth payroll operations and accurate hours are recorded, maintaining communication with the payroll department
