Job Duties
- demonstrate selling, incentive and product knowledge strategies
- cover sales floor at all times
- maintain awareness of all sale promotions
- replenish sales floor as needed
- execute store maintenance checklist including service desk
- uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior
- effectively adjust to different customer personalities
- able to operate computerized register system and use common tools
- demonstrate a strong achievement drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- strengthen and develop relationship with existing customers
