Job Requirements

  • One to two years of previous employment in a related food and beverage supervisory role
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of fine dining service and beverage offerings

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a related supervisory position in food and beverage service
  • Knowledge of guest service standards, cocktail and beverage selections, and menus
  • Ability to train and manage restaurant staff effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred college degree
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Maintain and control a high level of guest service in the TRIO Restaurant
  • Ensure consistent and thoughtful food and beverage service delivered by staff
  • Support the Department Manager with training and supervising restaurant staff
  • Assist in disciplining staff as needed
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of cocktail and beverage lists, menus, and fine dining service
  • Foster a positive and service-oriented team environment
  • Report to the TRIO Restaurant Manager regarding operational matters
