Job Requirements
- One to two years of previous employment in a related food and beverage supervisory role
- Authorization to work in the United States
- College degree preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of fine dining service and beverage offerings
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a related supervisory position in food and beverage service
- Knowledge of guest service standards, cocktail and beverage selections, and menus
- Ability to train and manage restaurant staff effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred college degree
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Maintain and control a high level of guest service in the TRIO Restaurant
- Ensure consistent and thoughtful food and beverage service delivered by staff
- Support the Department Manager with training and supervising restaurant staff
- Assist in disciplining staff as needed
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of cocktail and beverage lists, menus, and fine dining service
- Foster a positive and service-oriented team environment
- Report to the TRIO Restaurant Manager regarding operational matters
