Transdev is actively seeking a skilled and safety-conscious CDL Bus Driver to join their elite team based in Fort Bend, TX. This is a full-time position under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), offering an attractive wage starting at $19.50 per hour, with a planned wage increase anticipated in 2026 currently under negotiation. The CDL Bus Driver role is critical in ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of passengers, adhering to meticulously established routes and schedules, and complying with all safety and traffic regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional passenger care, including facilitating smooth boarding, ensuring a comfortable transit experience, and assisting passengers as needed. Furthermore, this role requires vigilance in maintaining vehicle safety and operational standards through thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, prompt reporting of any mechanical issues, and keeping the vehicle clean and equipped with necessary safety tools.

In addition to these operational duties, the CDL Bus Driver must uphold Transdev's strict protocols, including seat belt enforcement, preparedness for emergency responses, and adherence to all federal and company regulations. Candidates must also be capable of working flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as assigned.
