Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years aviation industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Reliable punctual attendance
- Successful interview completion
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Undergraduate degree in technical, safety, or aviation related discipline or equivalent experience
- 3 years experience in aviation industry
- Knowledge of aircraft performance, operational procedures, and programming
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database programs
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Master's degree preferred
- Background in Aviation, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Data Science
- FAA ATP, A&P, or Flight Instructor certifications preferred
- Familiarity with GE Event Measurement System preferred
- Previous FOQA experience preferred
- Experience building reports and dashboards using BI tools like Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, PowerBI preferred
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day aspects of aviation operational data from FOQA and MOQA fleets
- Produce FOQA and MOQA presentations, trend analysis and event review reporting to senior management and stakeholders
- Complete FOQA administrative tasks including quarterly FOQA hot items and avionics engineering support
- Develop aviation operational profiles and risk assessments
- Liaison with FOQA vendors and other carriers to enhance data analysis tools
- Support AHM and TechOps teams in threshold-based event definitions
- Represent FOQA on Aircraft Predictive Analytics Committee
- Coordinate with ALPA Exceedance Guidance Team for crew contacts and event validation
- Maintain documentation of FOQA policies and procedures
- Verify operation and data quality of FOQA system and equipped aircraft on a 24/7 basis
- Support predictive maintenance solutions and track program cost savings
- Attend industry conferences up to 10% travel
