Compensation for this role ranges from $14 to $27 per hour, with the actual hourly rate meeting or exceeding minimum wage requirements applicable to the location. Additional earnings opportunities include annual or quarterly performance incentives and various premiums paid in specific circumstances, such as schedule, facility, season, or type of work performed. These premiums can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, and multiple premiums may apply simultaneously if conditions are met. Available shifts for this role include mid-shift and closing shifts, supporting store operations during peak and closing hours.
