This role is a part-time position at the Walmart Supercenter #955 in Apopka, FL, primarily focused on food and consumable merchandise. The Food and Consumable Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient store operations by ensuring that incoming merchandise is moved to the sales floor promptly and that seasonal display features are creatively executed to attract customers and meet their needs. Working primarily during mid and closing shifts, this position involves direct interaction with customers, contributing to their shopping satisfaction through excellent service and product availability. In addition to the hourly wage ranging from $14 to $27 depending on experience and job location, associates are eligible for performance-based incentives paid annually or quarterly. Additional premium pay may apply based on shifts, facility, seasonality, or specific tasks performed.
