Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to lift and move heavy merchandise
- availability to work part-time during mid and closing shifts
- dependable and punctual
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- pass a background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in retail or grocery merchandising is a plus
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work mid and closing shifts
- basic math and inventory skills
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor promptly
- create seasonal display features that attract customers
- provide excellent customer service
- maintain clean and organized product displays
- ensure product availability and proper stocking
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- operate equipment safely for merchandising tasks
