Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules
- Must be able to lift and move merchandise as needed
- Availability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- Must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to the Walmart Supercenter location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or grocery experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
- Basic math skills for handling merchandise and transactions
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Take care of customers by providing helpful and friendly service
- Move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor efficiently
- Create seasonal display features to enhance merchandising
- Ensure products are stocked and organized on shelves
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals
- Assist with inventory management as needed
