This particular role is for a Part-Time Food and Consumable Associate at the Walmart Supercenter #1760 in Folsom, CA. Apart from the base pay, associates are eligible for additional compensation through annual or quarterly performance incentives, motivating high-quality work and commitment. Furthermore, premium rates can apply based on various factors such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work conditions, which may boost hourly earnings by an additional $0.35 to $3.00. Multiple premiums can be combined if the criteria are met, further enhancing compensation.
