Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or merchandising experience desirable
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid and closing shifts
- capable of lifting and moving heavy merchandise
- basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
Job Duties
- Move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- create seasonal display features to meet customer needs
- provide excellent customer service
- stock shelves and maintain product visibility
- assist customers with locating products
- ensure store cleanliness and organization
- follow all safety and compliance guidelines
