Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work part-time hours including early mornings
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation to the Perris, CA location
- Flexible availability to work during peak store hours
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible part-time shifts including opening and morning hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset for merchandising displays
- Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Take care of customers by assisting with their needs and inquiries
- Move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor efficiently and safely
- Create attractive seasonal display features that align with customer needs and marketing strategies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food and consumable sections
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and compliance
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
