The Food Worker position at EVT Management Services delves into a crucial role within the concession kitchen team. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated, professional, and high-energy individual who thrives in fast-paced and collaborative environments. As a Food Worker, you will work closely with other kitchen personnel to prepare, cook, and manage concession food items efficiently, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and the smooth flow of operations during events. Candidates should expect varied duties such as food preparation, grill cooking, fryer cooking, and managing food inventory and supplies.

This role requires the worker to be physically capable of handling tasks such as lifting heavy food cases, standing and walking for extended durations, and performing under the typically loud and bustling conditions of live events. You will be an integral part of the EVT Management Services team, contributing to memorable guest experiences by maintaining food quality and service speed. Shifts for this role usually take place during the afternoon and evenings, corresponding with event schedules, and can range between 3 to 8 hours depending on the event's requirements. This position offers a hands-on, engaging work environment suitable for individuals seeking to develop their skills in food service within a lively, outdoor setting.

Job Requirements

  • Working outdoors in all weather including the heat
