Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience in professional cooking
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • basic knife skills and kitchen equipment operation

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a cook or chef in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of wood fired cooking techniques
  • familiarity with food safety standards
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook wood fired pizzas
  • assemble sandwiches and appetizers
  • create fresh salads
  • cook entrees and desserts
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

  • assist with inventory management and restocking
