Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in professional cooking
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- basic knife skills and kitchen equipment operation

- Proven experience as a cook or chef in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of wood fired cooking techniques
- familiarity with food safety standards
- ability to work efficiently under pressure

Job Duties

- assemble sandwiches and appetizers
