Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license required
- Flexible schedule with open availability preferred
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
Job Qualifications
- Previous food service experience required
- Culinary experience or kitchen training preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Excellent communication and time management skills
Job Duties
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating in a high-volume environment
- Execute service efficiently during busy events and peak periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck and workstations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service at public and private events
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with setup and breakdown of events as needed
