This job opening is for the position of Food Transporter/Delivery Driver located at Rivertown Assisted Living, situated at 250 Mcdougal, Detroit, Michigan. The role is part-time, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing an ideal schedule for individuals seeking work-life balance or supplemental income. Morrison Living offers on-the-job training, making this position accessible even to those without prior experience in food transportation or delivery. The hourly pay ranges from $14.00 to $18.00, depending on experience and qualifications.

The Food Transporter/Delivery Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of food, supplies, and other essential products to various units within the assisted living facility. This position demands strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high sanitation and safety standards. The individual will be responsible for picking up items from the staging clerk, verifying order completeness, loading and unloading materials safely, maintaining the cleanliness and operational condition of the delivery vehicle, and providing courteous interaction with team members and residents.
