- Completion of at least two years of high school preferred
- able to lift up to 30 pounds with occasional lifting up to 45 pounds
- able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions
- able to take initiative
- willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store
- must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and team members
- excellent communication skills
- basic computer skills
- must be able to qualify for a food handlers card

Job Duties
- Greet every customer with eye contact and smile
- acknowledge every waiting customer promptly
- listen to customer needs and ask follow-up questions
- ensure customers have an extraordinary experience
- complete transactions accurately and efficiently
- operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers
- assemble sandwiches and other food products
- accept customer orders and handle cash register operations
- assist in maintaining stock and inventory
- resolve customer complaints at the lowest level
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas
- assist in unloading and storing supplies
- actively promote military star credit card benefits to customers
