As a Food Service Worker at the Exchange, you will play a vital role in delivering an extraordinary customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to greet every customer warmly with eye contact and a genuine smile, setting a positive tone for their visit. You will acknowledge customers promptly upon arrival at the register, listen attentively to their needs, and ask the right follow-up questions to recommend suitable products that cater specifically to them. Accuracy and efficiency in completing transactions are essential, alongside engaging customers with friendly and appropriate conversation. This position requires adaptability, initiative, and excellent communication skills to ensure that every customer interaction is seamless and enjoyable.   • Able to lift up to 45 pounds (occasional lifting over 50 pounds)

Job Duties

  • Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in an authentic way
  • Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the register
  • Listen to customer needs and ask appropriate follow-up questions
  • Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
