SodexoMagic is currently seeking a Food Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis with an hourly pay rate of $18. The Food Supervisor role is vital in ensuring high-quality food operations within the company’s on-site environments at an auto manufacturing location. The position requires versatility and leadership as the Food Supervisor manages and coordinates routine work activities of service employees engaged in various food service settings such as fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes.

The Food Supervisor acts as the link between management and service staff, providing daily oversight and support to ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include supporting management in supervising staff functions, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees, facilitating employee orientation and training, and working closely with customers to guarantee satisfaction related to food quality, service, and issue resolution. This role also demands punctuality and regular attendance, along with flexibility to undertake other duties as needed based on client or business requirements.
