As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating food service operations including fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes. Your responsibilities will involve providing support to management by overseeing daily service employee activities, ensuring operational quality, and maintaining safe working conditions. You will help facilitate the orientation and ongoing training of staff members, ensuring everyone is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles and contribute to customer satisfaction.
