The role of Food Supervisor at Sodexo, based at YES Prep Central Kitchen, provides an exciting opportunity to be a key part of the team managing food operations in a dynamic environment. This position is full-time with weekday morning shifts, offering a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. As a Food Supervisor, you will play an essential role in overseeing daily work activities of service employees across various food service formats including fast casual, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational flow and high-quality service, supporting management with the oversight of key functions and providing leadership to team members.

Your duties will include orienting and training new employees, promoting a safe and healthy working environment, and working closely with customers to ensure satisfaction through excellent service, quality food offerings, and effective problem resolution. The Food Supervisor role requires being attentive, punctual, and adaptable to meet the diverse needs of the operation and client requirements. The position also involves other duties as assigned, with flexibility to adjust based on site-specific business needs.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as a multitasker and team leader committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be team-oriented, reliable, and proactive in maintaining a safe workplace. Preferred candidates will have at least one year of related work experience, with supervisory experience considered a plus.
