The Food Supervisor position at SodexoMagic, based at Morgan State University, is a full-time role with a pay range of $22 to $25 per hour. This position is perfect for individuals who excel at multitasking, leadership, and improving quality of life through impeccable food service operations. The Food Supervisor will provide hands-on oversight and coordination of service employees involved in diverse food operations such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. This role involves working varying shifts including some weekends and holidays, with detailed scheduling and work hours discussed during the interview process.

In the Food Supervisor role, you will support management by overseeing daily key functions and employees ensuring smooth operations. Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment is a priority and part of your responsibilities will be facilitating training and orientation for new employees, working closely with customers to guarantee satisfaction focusing on the quality of food, service, and prompt resolution of concerns. Punctuality and reliability are essential as you will be expected to report for scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
