The Food Supervisor position at Sodexo, located at YES Prep Central Kitchen, offers a fantastic opportunity for professionals passionate about food service management and quality customer experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of related work experience
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work weekday morning shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business

  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
