Attendance and punctuality are crucial, as you will often represent management during your shifts. The role encompasses a dynamic variety of tasks that may change based on the specific business needs and client requirements at different locations. Sodexo emphasizes employee development, offering ongoing training and advancement opportunities to help you grow your career within the company. Additionally, Sodexo provides a robust benefits package to support you and your family’s well-being, including paid time off, health coverage, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) plans, and discounts. Some workplaces may also provide perks such as free meals during shifts, uniforms, safety equipment, and transportation support.

Joining Sodexo means becoming part of a global team that values your individuality and respects your contributions. Sodexo is committed to fostering a culture of belonging where diversity is celebrated and equal employment opportunities are ensured for all, regardless of background or personal characteristics.
