As a Food Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional service delivery while managing and motivating a diverse team across various food service formats, including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes.

In this capacity, you will provide invaluable support to management, overseeing daily operations and facilitating productive communication among staff. This role demands a multitasking expert capable of maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction while enforcing health and safety protocols. The Food Supervisor is also instrumental in the orientation and training of new employees, fostering a safe and engaged work environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of related work experience
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open availability preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
