Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year related work experience
  • Availability to work varying shifts and days with open availability preferred
  • Ability to attend scheduled shifts regularly and punctually
  • Capability to support and supervise food service employees
  • Commitment to maintaining workplace safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable with 1 or more years of related work experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to nurture a healthy and safe working environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of food service operations
  • Effective problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned which may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
