The Food Supervisor position located in Norman Public Schools offers a full-time role with a pay range of $15.88 to $18.00 per hour. This role is part of Sodexo’s food service team and is essential for maintaining smooth, high-quality food operations within various settings such as cafeterias, fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, events, banquets, and cafes. Job Duties
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
- facilitate orientation and training of employees
- work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
