The Food Supervisor role at Sodexo within SSM St. Anthony Hospital is a full-time position with a competitive pay range from $17.60 to $21.82 per hour. This position offers morning shifts on varying days, with further scheduling details provided during the interview process. As a Food Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and staff in various food service settings including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes. Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a high standard of quality and safety is essential.

In this role, you will provide crucial support to management by supervising and coordinating the routine activities of service employees engaged in food operations.   • Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees

  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
