The Food Supervisor role at Sodexo, located at USC Arcadia Hospital, offers a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $25.00. This position involves overseeing food operations within a healthcare setting and coordinating the activities of service employees engaged in various food service formats, such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes. The work shifts are primarily in the afternoons and evenings, with varying days including some weekends and holidays, providing a dynamic and flexible work schedule. As a Food Supervisor, the individual will act as a critical link between management and front-line employees, ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a master multitasker who is passionate about improving the quality of life for others through exceptional food service. Key responsibilities include supporting management with the oversight of daily functions, sustaining a safe work environment, facilitating employee orientation and training, and interacting with customers to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction. Candidates are preferred to have at least one year of related work experience, with some supervisory background being advantageous. Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business

  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
