This particular opening is for a Food Supervisor position located at East Texas Baptist University, under the Sodexo management umbrella. The Food Supervisor role is a full-time position with an hourly pay range between $13 and $16, and the shifts may vary with preference for open availability. Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • preferred previous supervisory experience
  • able to work varying shifts with open availability preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
