The University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston is currently seeking a Food Supervisor to join their team under the Sodexo partnership. This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time employment with a competitive pay range of $15.00 to $17.00 per hour. Flexible scheduling is a key feature, as varying shifts and open availability are preferred to meet the dynamic needs of the food service operations across multiple venues including fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes.

As a Food Supervisor, you will be a crucial member of the team responsible for providing operational oversight and ensuring a high standard of quality and service. This role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, coordinating the routine activities of service employees under the direction of management. Engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction, monitoring safety standards, facilitating employee orientation and training, and supporting day-to-day management functions are key elements of this role. Your leadership will directly influence the quality of the dining experience and contribute to a positive, safe working environment.
