The Food Supervisor role at SodexoMagic embodies the essence of a master multitasker and a quality-of-life enhancer. This part-time position, located at Clara Maass Medical Center, offers a pay rate of $20 per hour and demands flexibility with varying shifts and days, with open availability preferred. As a Food Supervisor, you will provide direct on-site supervision under the guidance of management, coordinating day-to-day activities of frontline food service employees across diverse food operations. These operations include fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafés. The core objective is to maintain operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and safety.

Your responsibilities will involve supporting management in overseeing key functions and employee performance throughout business hours. You’ll also play a crucial role in ensuring a safe working environment, fostering a culture of safety and compliance. Supporting workforce development is another key focus, including facilitating orientation and ongoing training for employees to keep service levels consistently high. Customer satisfaction is paramount; thus, you will engage directly with customers to resolve concerns, gather feedback, and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Adherence to attendance and punctuality standards is also critical to the role, reinforcing reliability and teamwork. Job Duties
