Job Requirements

- Minimum one year of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts and hours including weekends
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction including quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Manage routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business and client needs
