Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of related work experience
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Ability to work varying shifts and hours including weekends
Strong communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Must be punctual and dependable

Job Duties

Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility
Facilitate orientation and training of employees
Work with customers to ensure satisfaction including quality, service, and problem resolution
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Manage routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations
Perform other duties as assigned based on business and client needs
