Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of food service experience
- Ability to think critically and make decisive judgments
- Capacity to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in stressful environments and take appropriate action
- Physical ability to perform job duties including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 75 pounds
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and employee safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of food service experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisive judgments
- Knowledge of food safety management and sanitation standards
- Experience in supervising and mentoring staff
- Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and regulatory compliance
Job Duties
- Handle and resolve complex issues and complaints to enhance employee and patient satisfaction
- Provide leadership, orientation, training, mentoring and coaching to staff
- Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Assist leadership with planning, coordinating, and performing various duties
- Ensure staff compliance with all regulatory food and employee safety, sanitation requirements, HACCP guidelines, and departmental policies
- Coordinate and supervise staffing assignments based on daily volumes
- Perform staff responsibilities to fulfill departmental needs, when necessary
