The Food Services Supervisor role at Memorial Healthcare System focuses on overseeing daily staff activities within the Food Services department.   • Assist leadership with planning, coordinating, and performing various duties
  • Ensure staff compliance with all regulatory food and employee safety, sanitation requirements, HACCP guidelines, and departmental policies
  • Coordinate and supervise staffing assignments based on daily volumes
  • Perform staff responsibilities to fulfill departmental needs, when necessary
