With a client base nearing 10,000 individuals annually, Hillside's programs emphasize an evidence-based approach tailored to various settings, including residential campuses, schools, homes, and workplaces. The organization’s mission is rooted in partnering with families and communities to provide high-quality care that leads to lasting positive outcomes. As an equal opportunity employer, Hillside strongly encourages applications from individuals representing underrepresented or marginalized identities, veterans, and disabled persons, ensuring an inclusive and supportive work environment with reasonable accommodations available upon request.
