- communicate (read, write, speak) in English
- pass English component of interview
- pass post offer physical
- pass FS Online Training Assessment by completion of probation
- proficiently operate kitchen equipment within probation
- ability to lift 40 lbs on a frequent basis

- ability to lift 40 lbs frequently
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum one year experience in food service preferred
- basic skills in personal computing, keyboarding, word processing, critical thinking
- proficient operation of QSP point of sale software preferred
- understand and follow HACCP Standard Operating Procedures preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in reheating main course items and side dishes
- prepare and maintain salad bar during service
- set up and present service line
- serve meals
- clean kitchen to maintain a safe food production environment
- input production and meal count data for compliance
- handle sales transactions, account balances, and money collection
- record temperature logs for equipment and food safety
- foster positive relations with students, staff, and community
- perform other duties as assigned
