Trinity Services Group (TSG) is a leading company in the institutional food service industry, specializing in providing high-quality food service solutions within various special environments, including correctional facilities. The company prides itself on creating a better workplace with premium benefits, opportunities for career growth, and a commitment to employee development. Trinity Services Group places a strong emphasis on providing exceptional training and clear career paths for its employees, ensuring that those who join do not just expect a paycheck but achieve rewarding, long-term careers. Alongside competitive wages, Trinity Services Group offers a $250 bonus for completing its Rookie's Fast Track Program within the first 60 days, and the advantage of DailyPay, which allows employees immediate access to their earned wages, promoting financial flexibility.

The role of Food Service Worker at Trinity Services Group is a full-time position that is integral to the preparation and serving of quality foods within a correctional facility setting. This position requires the worker to efficiently prepare and serve a variety of food items accurately according to assigned work instructions and menus. The Food Service Worker utilizes a range of food preparation utensils and machines, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations regarding sanitation, food handling, and storage. The job is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the ability to multitask, adapt to changes quickly, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the shift.

Ideal candidates for the Food Service Worker position are passionate about food and customer service. They possess a reliable understanding of food handling regulations and a strong desire for ongoing learning and improvement. Independence and teamwork skills are crucial, as workers must collaborate effectively with their team members and also work independently when required. The role involves physical labor such as lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods, reflecting the hands-on nature of food service in busy institutional kitchens. The Food Service Worker will engage in tasks ranging from food preparation to sanitation duties like cleaning refrigerators, cooking and serving equipment, sweeping, mopping, and general upkeep of the kitchen environment.

Trinity Services Group offers a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. Employees benefit from a $750 annual benefit credit to help offset healthcare costs, divided evenly across paychecks. Additional coverage options include basic life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, as well as voluntary benefits such as short-term and long-term disability insurance. Balancing work and life is a priority, and employees enjoy paid time off and a company match for the 401(k) retirement savings plan. The company is proud to be a military and veteran friendly employer and maintains a drug-free workplace with equal employment opportunities for all protected groups, including individuals with disabilities.
