Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of experience as a cook or combination of education and relevant experience preferred
- Ability to use kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, and dishwashers
- Knowledge of essential hygiene factors in food preparation
- Knowledge of cleansing methods for various surfaces
- Ability to concentrate and meet deadlines amid distractions
- Flexibility in work hours to meet organizational needs
- Ability to maintain self-control during difficult interactions
- Ability to work independently in restricted physical environments for long periods
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently
- Commitment to confidentiality
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Preparation and service of all campus meals and snacks
- Maintaining an organized and clean kitchen and dining area
- Performing other kitchen and dining duties as assigned
