Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Food safety certification required within 90 days of job entry
- Two years of food and nutrition experience highly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare, assemble, and deliver patient meals in accordance with quality, service, infection control, and food safety standards
- Deliver stock supplies to patient floor kitchens
- Serve guests maintaining positive customer and guest relations
- Replenish used foods and supplies appropriately
- Complete sanitation duties
- Perform daily dish room duties as assigned
- Collect payments for guest trays and handle food sales transactions in cafeteria
- Set up and serve meals for corporate retail, catering, and Doctors Dining Room
- Decorate buffet and reception tables as assigned
- Cross-train in all food service responsibilities and support training of others
