Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior food service experience preferred
- ability to work part-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 2:30 pm
- basic food safety knowledge
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- physical ability to perform kitchen tasks including lifting and carrying
- willingness to comply with sanitation and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior food service experience preferred but not required
- ability to follow approved food recipes and production standards
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to comply with sanitation and safety requirements
- ability to work part-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm
- physical ability to carry food pans and perform kitchen duties
Job Duties
- prepare fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
- weigh and measure designated ingredients
- carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator
- store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures
- clean work areas, equipment and utensils
- distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and portion control
- serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner
- resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor
- ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures
- assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
- perform other duties as assigned
