Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one year of food service experience preferred
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- must be able to work varied shifts including on-call
- ability to maintain physical activities such as standing and walking for extended periods
- willingness to perform repetitive tasks
- ability to work cooperatively within a team
- fingerprint clearance and criminal background check
- must possess good communication skills
- willingness to work with mentally impaired adults
Job Qualifications
- one year of experience working in the field of food service preferred
- ability to read and speak English to follow written and verbal directions

- ability to maintain repetitive tasks continuously
- fingerprint clearance from Criminal Justice Department required
Job Duties
- loads and tends the dish washing machine
- hand washes non-machine equipment
- assembles prepared food
- delivers and stores clean dishes, pots and utensils in the appropriate area
- assists in the preparation of salads and desserts
- delivers food to client service areas
- assists in serving meals to clients in the cafeteria
- obtains necessary supplies from food storage, the refrigerator and the freezer
- stocks food supplies and food preparation equipment in storage areas
- performs assigned cleaning tasks
