Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- two years of food handling or customer service experience preferred
- valid California Food Handlers Card or Managers ServSafe Certificate required
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently
- physically capable of performing duties
- willingness to relocate to Hollister, CA before starting work
- punctuality and regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate preferred
- two years of food handling or customer service experience preferred
- certification in California Food Handlers Card or Managers ServSafe Certificate required
- ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently
- good motor skills including hand eye coordination
- physically able to perform duties of the position
Job Duties
- prepare cold foods following standardized recipes using quality control standards
- make up patient trays accurately
- deliver nourishment preparation and service
- maintain cleanliness through dishwashing and warewashing
- follow state and county health regulations for food handling and sanitation
- adhere to safety guidelines and hospital policies
- assure punctuality and regular attendance
