The Food Service Worker role at Global Connections to Employment involves performing contract-based food service duties in a safe and efficient manner, as assigned by management. This role demands a strong commitment to quality customer service at all times, ensuring that all interactions with customers, government personnel, and staff are conducted professionally and respectfully. The position requires team members to be open to learning all aspects of the job responsibilities, emphasizing adaptability and willingness to improve. Safety protocols and compliance with emergency operations assignments as dictated by customer requirements are integral to this role, highlighting the importance of reliability and flexibility in scheduling, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
